@Aigleloup: I haven't been to Australia ... As stated under the image this image was taken in Belgium (BE). I added (Esc.) after the name. This is the standard abbreviation in biological literature for "Escaped".
This species is a very popular bird for collectors in Europe but this specimen definitely escaped from its "prison" - now searching for some seeds to eat in the wild. It probably has not survived our (even mild) Belgian winter...
