Icescapes - #3

Posted by
Johan Dierckx (Wijnegem, Belgium) on 26 February 2013 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

Little "landscapes" of ice - only temporary, disappearing when temperatures are rising again - never comming back the same way.
There will always be a new spring after the coldest and darkest winter!

Every year in winter I try to make some images of the different forms and stuctures of frozen water. This year I chose the little lake in the nearby park in my hometown. I preferred to render them mostly in Black and White.
