Podarcis siculus (NL: Ruïnehagedis / EN: Italian wall lizard, Ruin lizard, ─░stanbul lizard / DE: Ruineneidechse / FR: Lézard des ruines) is a species of lizard in the Lacertidae family and it is the most abundant lizard species in southern Italy. Its natural habitats are Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, rocky areas, rocky shores, sandy shores, rural gardens, pastureland, plantations and urban areas.
