Syntrichia ruralis subsp. ruraliformis (NL: Duinsterretje / EN: Sand-hill Screw-moss) on a cushion of Barbula convoluta (NL: Gewoon smaragdsteeltje / EN: Lesser Bird’s-claw Beard-moss).
