Dear friends, blog-followers or ocasional visitors,
I left for a phototrip to Crete. So I'm posting some images from last year (about the same period) for a little while. (No mosses anymore ...)
I'm not giving any further explanation on these images, but the title is the scientific name of the species so for those who are interested - see Google :-)

Please DO comment these images, but I apologize for the delayed answers I hope to catch up again about 18 april. Meanwhile I hope you can enjoy this "older" work!

Sorry I've been ill and not around much but I wanted to give you this if you return in time from Crete. It is a macro contest and I think you are good enough to win. Here.

There is another contest on his site since you missed the one on the link I posted above if you are interested. Just click on that, go to his gallery and find the macro contest.

@Self-Indulgence: I'll have a look :-) But i'm not really contest-minded. Thanks for the suggestion.

You are contest level good. If you don't like to compete that is fine too. I've done a couple and of course I have not won. It can be an ego crusher but it can also push you to try harder. The last contest I entered was responsible for all my floral shots because I was really working at it. Even if I didn't win I am better at taking flower photos and using my camera in general.

@Self-Indulgence: Thats indeed a great way of looking at competitions ....
