Auricularia auricula-judae

Posted by
Johan Dierckx (Wijnegem, Belgium) on 28 January 2010 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.

This jelly fungus (Auricularia auricula-judae or Judas's ear fungus) can be found during winter. With the sunlight comming from behind, it resembles a sunset behind the mountains.
